Health Problems (Ambulance - 103)
- If you or someone nearby feels unwell (high fever, chest pain, injury), call 103.
- Speak clearly:
- Address (street, building, entrance, floor, door code).
- What happened (e.g., "Severe chest pain," "Temperature 39°C").
- Your name and phone number.
- If you feel unwell but it's not critical, you can go to the student clinic.
Fire or Gas Leak (101 or 104)
- In case of fire:
- Leave the premises immediately.
- Call 101, state the address.
- Do not use the elevator!
- If you smell gas:
- Do not turn on lights or electrical appliances!
- Open windows, leave the apartment.
- Call the gas service (104).
Police (102) – If you are in danger or have been a victim of a crime
