Tuition Payment for International Students via MONETA Service
The payment amount and deadlines are specified in Section 3 of the agreement and in the "Payment Schedule" tab of the Student's Personal Account.
Available payment methods
Pay in rubles using the university's details provided in the agreement (or the receipt in the personal account) at a branch of a Russian bank or any bank that conducts money transfers to the Russian Federation
Pay in rubles from an account in a Russian bank by scanning the QR code in the agreement (or the receipt from the Personal Account) through the bank's mobile application (the payment details and the semester amount will be filled in automatically)
Pay online in any currency using a Visa or Mastercard bank card via the link: PAYMENT. A service fee of approximately 11.57% applies (to calculate the payment amount, divide the ruble amount by 0.8963). There are restrictions on the card-issuing countries – see detailed instructions in Appendix 1

Description - You can copy the text from the "Payment Purpose" field in the payment receipt from your Personal Account.
Amount - Take the amount due from Section 3.1 of the agreement / your Personal Account in rubles, divide it by 0.8963, and round the result up to the nearest kopeck.

Example
Let's say the Payment Schedule in the Personal Account shows: 264,500 RUB.
Calculation: 264,500 / 0.8963 = 295,102.086355.
In the "Payment Amount" field, you should enter: 295102.09
