| Choice of elective courses, study according to an individual plan, accelerated learning, as well as credit transfer for results obtained at other educational organizations. |

Your Main Obligations
For comfortable studies and to avoid violations, it is important to remember your duties. They can be divided into several key areas:
Academic Integrity and Discipline:
Conscientiously master the educational program, attend classes, and do not miss them without a valid reason.
Do not engage in academic misconduct: cheating, plagiarism, using prohibited means (e.g., a phone) during exams, taking assessments for another person.
Promptly inform the University of the reason for absence and provide supporting documents within the established timeframe.
Conduct and Safety (Strictly Prohibited)
Smoke, consume, store, or distribute alcohol, narcotic, and toxic substances, as well as be on University territory in a state of intoxication.
Bring in and store weapons, explosives, pyrotechnics, and other dangerous substances and items.
Be rude, insult other students, staff, patients, and visitors; engage in unethical behavior and use profanity.
Photograph or film patients, the course of medical procedures, and post this material online.
Damage University property, put up notices without the administration's permission.
Information and Business Reputation
Do not disclose medical secrets and personal data.
Do not commit actions that damage the business reputation of the University, and do not speak on its behalf without permission.
Do not engage in political and extremist activities on University territory.
Special Obligations for International Students
Strictly comply with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation (timely registration, visa extension, possession of compulsory health insurance policy).
Within the established deadlines, provide the University with copies of all necessary documents: passport, visa, migration card, detachable part of the arrival notification form.
Disciplinary Responsibility
For violation of the University Charter and these Rules, the following disciplinary measures may be applied to a student:

| In case of a class rescheduling or cancellation for an unplanned reason (e.g., teacher's illness), students are notified by any available means (email, Personal Account) on the same day. |

Discipline in Class
|
| Entering and leaving the classroom during a lesson is permitted only with the teacher's consent. After the start of classes, silence and order must be maintained in the academic premises. |

Role of the Group Leader
|
| A group leader is elected in each study group who assists in organizing the academic process: communicates management directives to the group, monitors attendance, and informs about problems arising during the educational process. |
