1. General Provisions

Scope of the rules
Applies to all students (undergraduates, residents, postgraduate students, trainees, etc.), including foreign nationals

Information
  • Local regulations are published on the official website.
  • Schedules, assessment results, and notifications are posted in the Student's Personal Account.

2. Student Rights

Academic Rights
  • Study according to an individual plan.
  • Choose elective disciplines.
  • Transfer credits from other educational organizations.
  • Military service deferment.
  • Academic leave, maternity leave, and parental leave.
Social Guarantees
  • Full state support (for preferential categories).
  • Provision of dormitory accommodation.
  • Scholarships and financial aid.
Other Rights
  • Participation in university governance (through the Student Council).
  • Free use of the library, sports facilities.
  • Participation in scientific and creative activities.

3. Student Obligations

Educational Process
  • Attend classes, fulfill the curriculum.
  • Refrain from cheating, plagiarism, using prohibited aids during exams.
  • Timely eliminate academic deficiencies.
Conduct
  • Do not smoke, consume alcohol/drugs on university premises.
  • Do not carry weapons, explosives.
  • Maintain medical confidentiality (for medical specialties).
  • Do not disturb public order (including on social media).
Documents
  • Carry a student ID/campus card.
  • Promptly report changes in personal data (full name, address, etc.).
For International Students
  • Have medical insurance.
  • Register for migration within 3 days of entry into the Russian Federation.

4. Organization of the Educational Process

Schedule:
  • Published 3 days before the start of the module/semester.
  • Changes are communicated via the Personal Account or email.
Group Monitors (Starostas):
  • Elected annually.
  • Monitor attendance, relay information from the administration.
Expulsion:
  • At the student's initiative or the university's initiative (for disciplinary violations, non-payment).

5. Disciplinary Liability

Measures
  • Reprimand.
  • Severe reprimand.
  • Expulsion (for repeated violations).
Procedure
  • A written explanation from the student is required.
  • A decision is made within 1 month of identifying the violation.
  • Can be appealed through the Conflict Resolution Commission.

6. Incentives

Types
  • Letter of appreciation.
  • Valuable gifts.
  • Financial support.
Grounds
Achievements in studies, science, sports, arts.
Key Prohibitions
  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs on university premises.
  • Using phones during exams.
