The document establishes a clear academic schedule, taking into account:

1. General Provisions

The purpose of this document is to establish the procedure for organizing the educational process, including the schedule of classes and rest periods for all forms of education.
Regulatory Framework:
  • Federal Law No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation".
  • The University Charter and local regulations.

2. Organization of the Educational Process

Educational activities include:
  • Classes.
  • Interim assessment (pass/fail tests, exams).
  • Practical training.
  • SFA (State Final Attestation).
The schedule is formed for the semester based on a 5-day academic week.

3. Time Frames

Classes start no earlier than 08:15 and no later than 19:00.
Class duration is up to 90 minutes with a break of at least 5 minutes.
No educational events are held on weekends and public holidays.

4. Schedule Requirements

The schedule is approved by an authorized person (Vice-Rector).
Mandatory data in the schedule includes:
  • Name of the discipline, form of education, year, group.
  • Date, time, and location.
  • Full name of the instructor and the person responsible for the program.
Limitations:
  • No more than 2 pass/fail tests per day.
  • No more than 1 exam/test per day.
  • For individual study plans or debt liquidation, there are no restrictions.

5. Responsible for Schedule Compilation

Core programs – Academic Department.
Pre-University – Resource Center.
Additional Professional Education – Institute of Professional Education.
Additional General Education Programs – Responsible subdivision.
Publication and Execution
  • The schedule is published in the university's information system 3 working days before the start of the semester.
  • It is mandatory for students and instructors to follow.
  • The original is stored according to the records management nomenclature.
