1. General Provisions

Purpose
Regulation of the procedure for enrolling individuals who studied under non-accredited programs (Secondary Vocational Education, Bachelor's, Master's, Residency) to undergo intermediate and/or state final attestation at Sechenov University.
Regulatory Framework
  • Federal Law No. 273 "On Education in the Russian Federation".
  • Orders of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 1367 (for higher education), No. 464 (for SVE).
  • University Charter and local regulations.

2. Enrollment Conditions

Applicant Requirements

  • Study under a non-accredited program (confirmed by a certificate or diploma).
  • Completion of at least 90% of the program's workload (according to FSES).
  • Enrollment only on a paid basis (contract with an individual/legal entity).

Duration
  • From 1 to 6 months (determined by an individual curriculum).
Limitations

  • The University does not provide dormitory accommodation.
  • Attestation is only possible for programs with state accreditation in the current academic year.

3. Document Submission Procedure

Required Documents
  • Application (in Russian) specifying:
    • Personal data, citizenship, passport details.
    • Information about the completed and intended program.
    • Information on the need for special conditions (for persons with disabilities).
  • Copy of the certificate of study/diploma.
  • For persons with disabilities – MSEC conclusion on absence of contraindications.
  • 4 photographs.
Submission Methods
  • In person or via authorized representative (address: Moscow, Bolshaya Pirogovskaya St., 4, building 2).
  • By mail (119991, Moscow, Trubetskaya St., 8, building 2).
  • Electronic submission is not provided.

4. Application Review Procedure

Review Period
  • 7 working days.
Grounds for Refusal
  • Non-compliance with the Regulations' requirements.
  • Failure to provide a complete set of documents.
Upon Positive Decision
  • An individual curriculum is created (specifying timelines and types of attestation).

  • A contract is concluded (cost – 50% of the tuition fee for the final year of the respective program).

  • An enrollment order is issued.

5. Special Conditions

Academic Rights
External students have the same rights as regular students (except for accommodation).
Obligations
Compliance with the Charter, Internal Regulations, and local regulations.
Result Recording
Conducted according to the University's standard rules for intermediate/state final attestation.

6. Financial Conditions

Payment of 50% of the tuition cost for the final year of the corresponding program.
The contract and payment documents must be provided before the start of attestation.
