clear, and included many practical exercises, which made it easier for
me to learn the material.

To be honest, when I first started learning Russian, I thought it
would just be "one of the subjects." But now, looking back, I
understand: It was much more than that. This course has become a part
of my life. Not educational, but human.
What I particularly liked was the way the teachers treated us. Not as
"foreigners who need to be explained a hundred times," but as people
who just need a little time, a little support, and a lot of practice.
They were patient, but they never pretended that we didnt understand
anything. Its a delicate balance, and theyve managed to do it.
Difficulties? Of course there were. Auditory dictation was especially
difficult for me — for a long time I could not distinguish the
endings of words by ear. Sometimes it seemed that all Russians spoke
too fast and swallowed half the words. But over time, I started to
"hear inside myself" how it sounds right. It was like an inner musical
ear that I didnt expect to find.
What would I change? In my opinion, everything is just fine and
diverse. During the course, we covered both formal and daily
conversation, writing, reading, and grammar.
Thanks to the teachers and the entire course team. Thanks to you, the
Russian language is no longer just a means of communication for me.
Its the language I think in when I go home after class, and the
language Ill probably write my first letter to a friend in one day.

I want to share my experience with the Russian course. I like that the
deans office always helps the students. They answer questions and
explain everything clearly. The textbooks and additional materials are
very useful. Sometimes I wish there were more interactive activities,
but overall, its great! The teachers are kind and patient! They
explain things well if something is unclear. The classes are
interesting and not boring. We talk a lot, play games, and work in
groups. My classmates are very friendly. We help each other, and the
group is always in a good mood. I really like this course! I feel that
my Russian is getting better. Thank you!
